We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff worked hard to accommodate us, upgrading our room and comping us breakfast. The location in the Quad City area was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Close to LeClaire, Iowa where we wanted to visit. Restuarants close by.

Needs better cleaning staff and updating. I would recommend only because it was a good price for the room.

Good price for a stay around Easter and friendly staff. The room had great water pressure in the shower and there was a thermostat in the room. The location was convenient for our activities and we were able to park easily.

The hotel is old and could use some updating. The TV was outdated and had limited channels.

I loved the decor, it is a great place to stay. I also enjoyed the restaurant we ate at. The staff was great. The rooms need a little updating, otherwise great. Will stay there again.

Cobwebs in the window, and the pool area and hot tub need updated.

    Staff and food.

The facility needs help. New carpet, paint, doors, out-door pool, and landscaping. Internet ratings indicate better than what was found.

Enjoyed my weekend getaway at this classic and charming hotel. the staff was warm and friendly. the restaurant's delicious meals, especially the homemade bread, were a highlight. the location was great, close to other attractions. the antique-filled establishment had captivating architecture.

The hotel lacked attention to the details in common areas which were not well maintained. the game room with only 3 video games and a pinball game was disappointing.

We got a queen suite. Loved the fireplace, . Loved the canopy bed Absolutely loved the artwork all around the building from the statues to the old furnaces and furniture.

I wish they still kept the entrance torches lit. Canopy bed would have been so much better if you could draw the curtains Humidity was very low, to the point that hand and skin lotion was a necessity. Complimentary breakfast with the room would have reassured our stay.

Somehow my reservation through Booked.net did not make it to the hotel, but the staff worked very hard to accomodate me. They upgraded my room and comped me breakfast, neither of which were necessary. It was a great experience, and I would recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable price.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They upgraded my room in the tower, which was lovely. The hotel is conveniently located in the Quad City area. The breakfast provided was fantastic.

Nothing to complain about at all.

    Atmosphere was good.

There were what looked like homeless people sleeping on the couch in three lobby. Bathtub was backed up while taking a shower.

I sincerely wish there were something positive I could say - but I cannot. .

Never, ever, ever again. Unfortunately, this place has not been renovated since the 1970s. It was dark, dingy, dirty, and beastly hot (albeit we did have a heat wave) - as the air conditioning units appeared to be the originals from 40+ years ago. Understaffed, poorly trained overall. It was our high school 40th reunion and The Lodge was tauted as having the "best rates." It was really embarrassing - as I am very fond of my home town of Bettendorf.

The Lodge Hotel And Conference Center Bettendorf is a real hidden gem. The attention to detail in the rooms, especially in the "Tower" where the rooms have been redecorated, is lovely. The expansive views from the sixth floor are breathtaking. I also loved the old-world decor and German antiques throughout the hotel, which gave it a unique charm. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond, providing genuine and friendly service. The maids are thorough in their cleaning, and the large fluffy towels are a nice touch.

    All was perfect.

I love everything about this hotel. When I was younger, my family and I would always stay in this hotel for my dad's business trips. When I found out that my boyfriend and I, now living in Michigan, had an opportunity to come back, I was so excited. The Lodge (previously Jumers) is just like I remembered it and it felt so good to bring back the old wonderful memories I had from staying there years ago.

We were wanting to travel to one of the gambling casinos and wanted a shuttle to drive us. This was one motel that offered this. It sold us on it.

The rooms need to be taken care of better. Our restroom toilet moved all over and you could see the floor between the restroom and the regular room. Looked dirty. Sorry
